Spice Cake With Fresh Peach Sauce
|Moist deluxe spice cake mix||12 Ounce (1 Package, Duncan Hines Brand)|
|Sliced peaches||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt® or tube pan.
Prepare, bake and cool cake following package directions for No Cholesterol recipe.
Dust with confectioners sugar, if desired.
For Sauce, combine peaches and water in large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Reserve 1/2 cup peach slices.
Combine remaining peaches with any cooking liquid, sugar and cinnamon in blender or food processor.
Process until smooth.
Stir in reserved peach slices.
