Strawberry Peach Dream Cake
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope, Knoxa Brand)|
|Cold skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), heated to boiling|
|Frozen strawberries||10 Ounce, thawed|
|Frozen whipped topping||8 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)|
|Sliced peaches in natural juice||16 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Angel food cake||1 , cut into 1 inch cubes (8 Inch)|
In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes.
Add hot milk and process at low speed until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add strawberries and sugar; process at high speed until blended.
Pour into large bowl; chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon, about 20 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping, then peaches and cake.
Turn into 8 cup bowl, mold or springform pan; chill until firm, about 1 1/2 hours.
