Ingredients
  Cake mixture 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Basic)
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Add milk to basic mixture.
Bake in a fairly good sized square sandwich tin, or 9 inch round tin for about 20 minutes in a moderate oven (375-400° F.€”Gas Mark 6-7).
Turn out and top with scoops of ice cream, fruit and whipped cream.
This makes a wonderful dessert.
