Lemon Bellringer Cake
|Lemon cake mix||19 Ounce (1 Package Of 18.5 To 19 Ounce)|
|Lemon flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package Of 3 Ounce)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. Combine all ingredients except topping in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat 30 seconds; stop mixer and scrape beater and bowl. Beat 4 minutes longer at medium speed.
2. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
3. Bake at 350Â°F about 35 minutes, or until cake is golden and springs back when lightly touched.
4. Remove cake from oven. While still hot, prick holes 3/4 of the way through cake with fork. Spread topping evenly over top.
