Feather Cream Cakes
|Caster sugar||3 Ounce|
|Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon (For Decoration)|
Cream butter and sugar very well indeed.
Gradually add well beaten eggs, then fold in sieved flour and cream.
Put into greased and floured patty tins and bake for about 12-15 minutes in moderately hot oven (400°F.€”Gas Mark 5).
Dust with icing sugar if wished.
