Non-Bake Chocolate Cake
|Caster sugar||1 Ounce|
|Glace icing||Cup (0 tbs)|
|Golden syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Digestive biscuits||8 Ounce|
Crush biscuits into fine crumbs.
Brush a 7 inch flan ring with a little melted butter and place it on a flat dish.
Cream the butter, sugar and syrup, add melted chocolate and biscuit crumbs.
Pack mixture into ring, smoothing the top.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
Remove flan ring.
Coat cake with lemon or orange flavoured glace icing and decorate with grated chocolate.
