Quick Lunch Box Cake

Ingredients
  Flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned fruit cocktail/Pineapple, with juice 1 Pound (1 can)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except chips and nuts in large mixer bowl.
Blend well at lowest speed, beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 350° 35-40 minutes.
