Sour Cream Coffee Cake
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Layer 1/2 of this mixture into greased and floured 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle half of topping mixture over.
Layer remainder of cream mixture and finish with the remainder of topping.
Bake at 325Â° for 40 minutes.
