|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sifted flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add butter to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Set aside 1 cup of flour mixture for crumb topping.
To the remaining crumb mixture add eggs and milk, mixing well.
Pour into a lightly greased and floured 8-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic cake dish.
Sprinkle the 1 cup reserved crumb mixture on top.
Heat, uncovered, on roast for 10 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely before removing from dish.
