Sheet Cake

  Unsifted flour 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 (Put Egg Yolks In 1 Cup Measuring Cup And Fill With Milk)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pie filling 4 Can (40 oz) (Cherry, Berry, Apple, Etc.)

Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.
Cut in margarine until it looks like coarse meal.
Add milk and egg yolks and mix until barely blended.
Divide dough in half and put 1/2 in the bottom of 12 x 16 inch pan.
Using a rolling pin or smooth cup, push the dough to the edges and up the sides of the pan.
Don't be too neat.
If the dough breaks, just patch it up.
Fill with 2 or 2 1/2 quarts prepared pie filling or 4 cans of pie filling. (You may want to spoon away some of the sauce in the canned fillings.) You can also use the following recipe for Fresh Apple Filling:
