Muffin Mix Coffee Cake
|Orange muffin mix||5 Ounce (Half Package)|
|Apricot pineapple preserves||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped california walnuts||3 Tablespoon|
Prepare batter from muffin mix according to package directions.
Pour into greased 8xl 1/2 inch round pan.
Dot preserves (cut any large pieces) evenly over batter.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping: Combine sugar and flour.
Cut in butter till crumbly; stir in the chopped walnuts.
Bake in hot oven (400Â°) 18 to 20 minutes or till done.
Cut into wedges.
