Raisin Coffee Cake
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla - beat well and blend in sour cream.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture.
Spread half the batter in a greased 9x9 pan.
Mix walnuts, sugar and cinnamon together, and spread half over the batter - sprinkle raisins on - cover with remaining batter, then rest of topping.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
