Quick Coffee Cake
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt thoroughly and set aside.
Cream the butter with extract; gradually add the sugar, creaming until fluffy.
Add the eggs in thirds, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Alternately add dry ingredients in thirds and milk in halves to creamed mixture, mixing until blended after each addition.
Turn into a well greased 9x9x2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with Topping.
Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes.
