8 Ounce, softened
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
Sweetened, flaked coconut
Green food color
In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese using medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy.
Add milk and vanilla. Beat well.
Add confectioner’s sugar and beat until smooth.
Beat in enough food coloring for the frosting to be emerald green in color.
Frost cooled cupcakes or a cake.
Sprinkle white coconut flakes over the top.
Refrigerate to let frosting set up. Serve and enjoy!
