|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Bourbon glaze||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)|
|Multicolored candy sprinkles||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix pecans and fruit.
Combine flours, soda, salt, and spices; sprinkle over fruit and nut mixture.
Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Add honey and buttermilk alternately with flour and nut mixture; mix well.
Spread on greased jelly-roll pan.
Bake in preheated 375 Â°F oven 15 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven.
Frost cake with Bourbon Glaze.
Sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
Cut into triangular bars; remove from pan while still warm
