Hilo Banana Chocolate Cake
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), packed|
|Chocolate square||3 , melted|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cream sugar and butter, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add banana which has been pressed through a sieve.
Add chocolate and vanilla, then add, alternately, sifted dry ingredients and milk.
Bake in greased layer tins for 30 minutes at 350°.
Ice as desired.
