10 Minute Microwave Chocolate Fudge Cake is a super fast, easy to make dessert. A moist chocolate cake smothered with a delectable chocolate sauce. Takes about 10 minutes total to make - give it a go!
Castor sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (((Super Fine White Sugar))) | |
Self raising flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Cocoa powder | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Eggs | 2 | |
Milk | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Butter | 125 Gram , melted (((plus little extra for greasing))) | |
Dark chocolate | 180 Gram | |
Whipping cream | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat microwave.
Grease cake pan with butter and keep it ready.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine sifted sugar, flour, cocoa powder and mix well.
Add eggs, milk, butter and mix well to combine.
Transfer to cake pan and pop into microwave.
Cook for 6-7 minutes in medium to high setting.
Once done, allow to cool completely.
In a jar, combine dark chocolate, cream and microwave until well melted. Stir in between.
Pour the sauce over cake.
