Unbaked Christmas Cake

Ingredients
  Graham wafers 1 Pound, finely ground
  Seedless raisins 1 Pound
  Candied fruit and peel 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Marshmallows 1 Pound, cut into 0.25 inch slices
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shelled brazil nuts 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cherries 6 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Line loaf pan (9x5x3) with 2 strips of foil.
Extend about 3 inches above side of pan.
Place nuts in large mixing bowl; add graham cracker crumbs with raisins, dates, candied fruits and cherries.
In top of double boiler combine marshmallows and remaining ingredients.
Stir until marshmallows are melted.
Add to fruit mixture, blending thoroughly.
Turn into pan; pack down.
Wrap and keep in fridge.
