Poppy Seed Cake
|Spice cake mix||1 (2 Layer)|
|Caramel instant pudding||3 3⁄4 Ounce (One Can)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Poppy seeds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Blend all in large mixer bowl for 2 or 3 minutes.
Pour into greased 10" tube or bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
Cool upright on rack for 25 minutes then invert on serving plate.
Dust with icing sugar if desired.
