Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbages 3 Small
  Pepper To Taste
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Halve cabbages; cut out cores.
Cook 20 minutes in salted water; squeeze dry.
Flatten out; season with pepper.
Dip in flour, eggs, then bread crumbs.
Fry in oil until brown.
