  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by washing and removing all the heavy stems
MAKING
2.In a cooker, cook uncovered in boiling water 25 to 35 minutes or until tender
3.Drain and chop
4.Season with salt, pepper, and butter
SERVING
