Date With Cabbages
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mung sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced dates||2 Tablespoon, deseeded|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Pepper powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Rock salt||To Taste|
Make sure you pick a fresh and crisp cabbage.
Mix the shredded cabbage with half the quantity of dates and the rest of the ingredients in a serving bowl.
Check and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with the rest of the dates and serve immediately.
This makes great fasting food.
