White Cabbage With Caraway Seeds

Ingredients
  White cabbage head 1 Medium
  Boiling salted water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 5 Drop
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted (One-Half Stick)
Directions

Remove the tough outer leaves and cut the cabbage into quarters.
Drop the cabbage into boiling salted water and, when the water returns to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes, until tender but still crisp.
Drain the cabbage carefully and place
Add the caraway seeds and lemon juice to the butter and pour over the cabbage.
