Steamed Pork With Salted Cabbage
|Pork||1 Pound, sliced|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Salted cabbage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped water chestnuts||2 Tablespoon|
Mix the cornstarch, oil and soy sauce together in a heatproof bowl and coat the meat with this mixture.
Mix the cabbage with the meat and sprinkle with the water chestnuts.
Place a rack in a large saucepan filled up to 2 inches of boiling water.
Place the bowl on the rack and cover the pan.
Steam for 30 minutes and serve very hot in the bowl.
