|Chinese cabbage||2 Pound|
|Dry mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Discard any tough outer leaves of the cabbage.
Cut the remainder into one inch slices across the head and boil in water to cover one minute.
Mix the remaining ingredients, add the cabbage, toss to coat the vegetable evenly, cover and cool.
