The Best Raw Kale Salad Ever

Ingredients
  Kale 2 Bunch (200 gm), washed, dried and chopped
  Red onion 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Apple 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon, peeled and grated
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled and chopped
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tamari soy sauce/Bragg's amino acid 2 Teaspoon
  Raw cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Wash, de-stem and chop kale; place in large bowl. Add lemon juice and avocado, and with your hands mix together until the avocado is smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately.
