|Half and half||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
Quarter and core the cabbage.
Cut into 1/2 inch wide slices; steam until tender.
Place in a bowl; add butter,salt and pepper.
Pour the half and half into a small bowl; add the apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon at a time, tasting each time until a small tang has developed.
Stir the half and half mixture into the cabbage.
Serve over mashed potatoes with fried pork chops.
