Add water; sprinkle with caraway seed.
Cover and microwave 7 minutes; turn dish onequarter turn.
Microwave until crisp tender, 5 to 6 minutes; drain.
Microwave margarine uncovered until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute; drizzle over cabbage.
Sprinkle with salt.
