Cabbage And Rice
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped|
|Shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In cooker, brown onions lightly in shortening.
Add cabbage, green pepper, rice, tomatoes, and beef broth.
Close cover of cooker and set pressure control in place.
When pressure control is rocking gently, cook for 1 minute.
Allow pressure to drop naturally.
Be sure to mix vegetables well just before serving.
