Cheesy Pork And Cabbage

Cheesy pork and cabbage is a cheese and pork soup tat can be served by itself or wih noodles. Made with cubed pork and cheddar cheese soup along with carrots and cabbage, the cheesy pork and cabbage is delightfully light and refreshing with a lingering aroma.
  Boneless pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Canned condensed cheddar cheese soup 11 Ounce
  Carrots 4 Medium, shredded
  Packed brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 1 Small, shredded

Cover and microwave pork in 2 1/2 quart cas serole until meat is no longer pink, 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir in soup, carrots, brown sugar, salt, caraway seed, pepper and vinegar.
Cover and microwave to boiling, 5 to 6 minutes.
Add cabbage.
Cover and microwave until meat and cabbage are tender, 12 to 15 minutes, stir ring every 5 minutes.
