Cheesy Pork And Cabbage
|Boneless pork||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes|
|Canned condensed cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce|
|Carrots||4 Medium, shredded|
|Packed brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Caraway seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cabbage||1 Small, shredded|
Cover and microwave pork in 2 1/2 quart cas serole until meat is no longer pink, 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir in soup, carrots, brown sugar, salt, caraway seed, pepper and vinegar.
Cover and microwave to boiling, 5 to 6 minutes.
Cover and microwave until meat and cabbage are tender, 12 to 15 minutes, stir ring every 5 minutes.
