|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Add More If Needed)|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seasoned with lemon pepper and salt|
|Lemon pepper||To Taste|
Crisp the cabbage in cold water, then drain and dry it well.
