Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 Medium, shredded into about 0.25 inch strips
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Add More If Needed)
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seasoned with lemon pepper and salt
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon pepper To Taste
Directions

Crisp the cabbage in cold water, then drain and dry it well.
Dip it in milk, then in seasoned flour.
Heat fat for deep frying in a medium-size skillet.
Cook the cabbage in small amounts until lightly browned.
Drain it; on paper towels.
