Meat And Cabbage Balls
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cabbage leaves||12 Large|
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, grated|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and allow to sit 2 to 5 minutes, until leaves are soft and pliable.
Mix ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper; form into balls.
Roll each ball into a cabbage leaf.
In the cooker, mix the 3/4 cup water, sour salt, brown sugar, and tomato sauce.
Place the cabbage balls in the liquid in' the cooker, in layers if needed.
Close the cooker and place regulator on top.
Cook for 30 minutes after regulator rocks gently.
Cool at once.
