Quick Stir Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Large, washed and sliced thinly
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 6 , torn up
  Green chillies 2 , cut in thin slices
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat the oil.
Fry the coconut to a light brown and remove.
In the same oil, add the mustard seeds.
As soon as they stop spluttering, add the curry leaves and chillies, then in a few seconds, the salt: After another two seconds, add the cabbage.
Raise the heat and tossing continuously, cook the cabbage for 5-7 minutes.
It should be cooked, yet still retain its crunch.
Add the coconut, stir well and keep on the fire for another minute.
Just before serving, stir in the lime juice.
