Sweet Sour Red Cabbage With Apple

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 1⁄2 Pound (Red Variety)
  Tart apple 1 , peeled, cored, and diced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 5 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Shred cabbage into 3-quart microproof cas-serole.
Add apple, butter, and vinegar.
Stir.
Cover and cook on HI, 18 to 22 minutes, or until apples and cabbage are tender.
Stir twice during cooking time.
Stir in sugar and salt.
Cover and cook on HI, 5 minutes, or until liquid comes to a boil.
