Red Cabbage

Ingredients
  Red cabbage 2 Pound
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooking apples 2 Large
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Put cabbage and boiling water in large saucepan.
Cover and boil 10 minutes.
Add apples and continue boiling until cabbage and apples are tender, about 10 minutes more.
Do not drain.
Combine brown sugar, flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Stir in vinegar and melted butter.
Stir into cabbage and bring to a boil.
Serve immediately.
