Savory Cabbage

Ingredients
  Green cabbage head 1 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste (freshly ground / lemon pepper)
Directions

Shred cabbage and cook in boiling, salted water until just tender (about 10 minutes). Drain well. In the meantime, melt butter in frying pan, and saute onion until soft and slightly browned. Add cabbage and toss well. Pour on cream and sprinkle with pepper. Heat and serve at once.
