Stir-fried Cabbage Neapolitan

ochikeron's picture
Do you know Spaghetti Neapolitan (Napolitan)? It is Japanese-style spaghetti seasoned with ketchup. It is very popular home-cooked dish in Japan. It is nothing related to Italian spaghetti "Spaghetti alla Napoletana" or any other pasta using fresh tomato. So today, I am going to season cabbage slices with ketchup. Very tasty yet delicious. Of course it is perfect for your bento :D
