Kale Loaf

Ingredients
  Celery leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cooked kale 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Saute celery leaves in butter; add flour, vegetable stock, kale, egg, carrots, rice and salt.
Blend mixture thoroughly.
Shape into loaf; lay bacon across top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
