Basic Kale Salad

Ingredients
  Kale 2 Bunch (200 gm), stems removed and chopped into bite sized pieces
  Diced tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or sun dried)
  Avocados 2 , chopped
  Red pepper 1 , chopped
  Hemp seeds 2 Tablespoon, hulled
  Pumpkin seed oil 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Austria's Finest)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Celtic sea salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Massage the kale with the lemon juice, salt and pumpkin seed oil until thoroughly coated. Then add the remaining ingredients and toss. I also add sliced olives as well.
