Buttered Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients
  Cabbage 2 Pound, trimmed (1 head)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 8 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges using a sharp knife
2) In a pot, pour in the water and bring to a boil
3) Add the cabbage and water and boil for 15 to 25 minutes till tender
4) Taste for seasoning, and ensure 1 cup of water is left behind in the pot
5) Season with salt and pepper

SERVING
6) Mount the cabbage onto a dish with the water spooned over
