Sweet And Sour Red Cabbage
|Shredded red cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Grated apple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1. In a saucepan, take cabbage, apple, water and salt.
2. Cook it over a low flame for 15 minutes.
3. Add flour and vinegar to it. Mix it till it becomes a smooth consistency.
4. Add it to the cabbage mixture with the sugar and butter or fat.
5. Cook for 15 more minutes.
6. Serve Sweet And Sour Red Cabbage after seasoning with salt and pepper.
