Kilarney Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Medium, cleaned,cored,chopped into 1 inch pieces
  Bacon strips 4 , diced
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 4 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees

MAKING
2)In a skillet, add the bacon and saute till brown
3)Now add half the cabbage, and saute till its translucent
4)Transfer this to a casserole dish
5)Now do the same to the rest of bacon and cabbage
6)Using the same pan or skillet,add the onions and saute till transparent and add to the casserole.
7)Pick a pan, and use chicken stock and brown sugar and mix well.
8)Once boiled,add this to cabbage mixture.
9)Now add the remaining ingredients and mix with a light hand
10)Now add the casserole to the oven for 10 or 15 minutes,or if cassrole is microwaveable,2-3 minutes.

SERVING
11)Serve immediately
