Cabbage with Apples
|Cabbage head||1 , cut into wedges|
|Red apple||1 , cored and sliced|
|For sour cream sauce|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
1) Take a saucepan and cook the cabbage with some salted water for about 5 minutes.
2) Put apples and cook for another 3 minutes until tender. Drain excess liquid.
3) To make sour cream sauce mix together all the ingredients and heat nicely.
4) Pour the sour cream sauce on the cabbage and serve.
