Cabbage Plus

Ingredients
  Mixed pickling spice 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cabbage head 1 Medium, finely shredded
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan add enough water to cover cabbage.
2. Stir in spice, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Add cabbage and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Drain and add butter.

SERVING
5. Serve hot.
