Chops 'N Cabbage Skillet
|Pork chops||1 1⁄2 Pound (6 Pieces)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper||1 1⁄2 Dash|
|Cabbage||1 Pound, 2 inch wide wedges (4 Pieces)|
1. Take a skillet and brown chops in it. Drain off excess fat.
2. Add water, soup, caraway, onion and peppers and top it with cabbage wedges.
3. Cover and simmer for about half an hour until the ingredients are cooked properly. The dish should be stirred at occasional intervals.
4. Serve the Chops and Cabbage Skillet with a molded gelatin salad and mashed potatoes.
