Beet And Cabbage Relish

Ingredients
  Beets 4 Cup (64 tbs), peeled, chopped and cooked
  Green cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded
  Fresh horseradish 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients together, mix thoroughly.
2) Cook over a low medium-heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) In hot sterilized jars, spoon this 2 quarts relish and seal the jars.

SERVING
4) Use the Beet and Cabbage Relish as required.
