Cabbage Cucumber Crunch

Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1
  Apple 1 Medium
  Dried onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  Radishes 6 Large, sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Finely shred the cabbage and place aside.
2) Peel off the apple skin and shred finely.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, combine the cabbage and apple. Add onion flakes and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Toss lightly.
4) Use a shallow salad bowl to line with cucumber slices.
5) Place the cabbage and apple salad into this bowl.
6) Arrange the radish slices, nicely on top.
7) In a small bowl, combine remaining lemon juice, water, salt, mustard and pepper.
8) Drizzle the dressing on top.
9) Place inside refrigerator to chill.

SERVING
10) Serve the salad chilled by passing extra lemon slices on side, if desired.
