Red Cabbage With Apples And Raisins

Ingredients
  Red cabbage head 1 Small, shredded
  Apples 2 Large, peeled and thinly sliced
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine cabbage, apples, onion, apple juice, lemon juice, raisins and brown sugar in large nonstick saucepan.
Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
