Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 6 Cup (96 tbs), rinsed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place drained cabbage in 2 quart Saucepan.
Cover and place over medium heat until valve clicks (3 to 5 minutes).
Reduce heat low and cook until tender —about 15 to 20 minutes.
Add butter, lemon juice, and season-inks.
Mix well.
