Cabbage Leaves Stuffed With Chicken
|Cooked chicken||12 Ounce, diced (360 Grams)|
|Cabbage leaves||4 Large, cooked|
|Canned crushed pineapple||14 Ounce, drained (1 Can Or 398 Milliliter)|
|Green onions||4 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Sunflower seeds||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
Combine the pineapple, green onions, green pepper and ginger.
Cook at 100% for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the diced chicken and the sunflower seeds and mix well.
Spoon a portion of the mixture onto the center of each cabbage leaf.
Fold up the cabbage leaves, secure with toothpicks, cover and cook at 90% for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve with rice and top with a sweet and sour sauce.
